A home with history
The Renaissance Box was first built in 1914 to be the O'Donnell Shoe Factory, when St. Paul was a national leader in shoe manufacturing. It's one of the few industrial buildings from early St. Paul that has not been demolished, and today has historical elements, such as the original columns, still intact.
Renaissance Box is a smoke-free community.
Artist-friendly: Renaissance Box was designed to welcome local artists. The entrances are intentionally large for moving artwork, and the common spaces are decorated with multi-media work to create an inviting space for all residents.
Moving out of homelessness: Renaissance Box includes units designated for formerly homeless individuals. You must have a referral to live here — these apartment homes are not available for online or phone application through Aeon.
